Most supplements are completed within 5–10 business days from the time we receive the Xactimate file and supporting documentation. Complex claims or disputes with carriers may take longer. You'll receive email updates at each stage.

At minimum, you'll need the original Xactimate estimate, the insurer's scope of loss, and photos of the damage. The more documentation you provide, the stronger your supplement case. See our Supplement Checklist in the Documents section for a full list.

Our fee is a percentage of the supplement amount recovered — meaning we only get paid when you get paid. There are no upfront costs or retainer fees. Contact us for our current rate schedule.

Yes — the My Jobs section of this portal shows the current status of every job you've submitted. Status updates to In Review, Processing, and Completed as we advance through the supplement workflow.
